How SMS Keywords Work:
When anyone texts a defined keyword (e.g. VIP or JOIN) to your assigned line, their number is automatically added to the target contact group and receives your automated response message!
Automated & Manual Suppression:
21211: The destination number is invalid. It is suppressed site-wide.
30005: The destination number is unknown, inactive, unreachable, or not capable of receiving messages. It is suppressed site-wide.
30006: The destination is a landline or otherwise cannot receive SMS. It is suppressed site-wide with the same strict enforcement as 30005.
21610: The recipient previously replied with an opt-out request and cannot receive additional messages from that account unless they opt back in. It is suppressed only for the owning account.
STOP opt-outs are also account-specific. Imported numbers remain listed even when they are not yet contacts, so they can be blocked automatically if added later.
Any other delivery error code (30003, a carrier-specific code, or a CSV with no error column) is imported as an account-only suppression and is never claimed as a site-wide invalid number.
Any CSV of phone numbers is accepted. A delivery error code column is optional — every valid US number in the file is suppressed regardless of its error code, including 30003. Use a delivery log export with a To, Phone, Phone Number, Recipient or Mobile column, or a plain list with one number per row. Sender/From columns and message text are never imported as recipients.
